Early Look at Motorola’s Upcoming Edge Smartphone
Motorola is preparing to launch its next-generation Edge device, expected to be called the Motorola Edge (2026). It will succeed last year’s Motorola Edge (2025), which arrived in May. Although the company has not officially announced it yet, new leaked renders have already surfaced online, giving an early preview of the phone’s design.
Olive Green Design with Textured Finish
The leaked renders show the Motorola Edge (2026) in an olive green color with a textured back panel. The overall design looks familiar compared to the previous model, but it introduces subtle refinements that make it appear more modern and polished.
Flat Display with Slim Bezels
One of the most noticeable changes is on the front side. Unlike the curved display of the Edge (2025), the upcoming model appears to feature a flat screen. It also comes with very slim and uniform bezels, giving the phone a cleaner and more balanced look.
Triple Rear Camera Setup Expected
At the back, the camera module keeps a similar design language to its predecessor. The device is expected to feature a triple rear camera system. While exact specifications are still unknown, reports suggest it may include a Sony LYTIA primary sensor along with a telephoto lens offering Super Zoom capabilities.
Button Layout and AI Key Remain
The leaked design also suggests that Motorola will retain the AI key on the left side of the device. Meanwhile, the power button and volume controls are placed on the right edge, keeping the overall layout consistent with previous Edge models.
More Details Expected Soon
Apart from the design leaks, most specifications of the Motorola Edge (2026) are still under wraps. However, more information is expected to surface in the coming weeks, as Motorola is likely to officially unveil the device soon.
