Motorola has officially unveiled the new Moto G37, positioning it as the most affordable option in its latest Moto G series. The device arrives alongside the Moto G87, targeting budget-conscious users who still want modern features like 5G connectivity, a smooth display, and enhanced durability.

Display and Design
The Moto G37 comes equipped with a 6.67-inch LCD panel offering Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and animations. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, adding an extra layer of durability.
Audio is another highlight, with stereo speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos support, along with Hi-Res Audio certification. Notably, Motorola continues to include a 3.5mm headphone jack—an increasingly rare feature in modern smartphones.
In terms of build, the device measures 166.23 x 76.50 x 7.85mm and weighs 191 grams. It also carries an IP64 rating for splash resistance and meets MIL-STD-810H standards for added toughness. The phone is offered in Grey, Blue, and Maroon color options, although official Pantone names have not been revealed.
Performance and Software
Under the hood, the Moto G37 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, built on a 6nm process. The octa-core processor reaches speeds of up to 2.4GHz and is paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
Motorola is also offering a RAM Boost feature, allowing users to expand memory up to 12GB by utilizing internal storage. Storage options include 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB, with support for microSD cards up to 1TB.
On the software front, the device runs on Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UX interface. Additional features include Moto Secure, Gemini integration, and Circle to Search functionality.
Camera Setup
The Moto G37 features a 50MP primary rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, and quad-pixel technology that outputs 12.5MP images. The camera module also integrates a dual-purpose ambient and flicker sensor.
Unlike many competitors, the device skips an ultra-wide lens. On the front, it offers an 8MP selfie camera with fixed focus and an f/2.0 aperture. Both front and rear cameras support video recording at up to 2K resolution at 30fps.
Battery and Availability
Powering the device is a 5,200mAh battery, with a minimum rated capacity of 5,100mAh based on EU standards. However, Motorola has yet to confirm charging speeds or pricing details. Availability information for global markets is also still under wraps.
