The Vivo X200 series currently consists of three models: Vivo X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini. However, for global markets, only two models—Vivo X200 and X200 Pro—are available, as the compact X200 Pro Mini remains exclusive to China. A recent leak suggests that another model, the Vivo X200s, may join the lineup soon.

Based on the information so far, the Vivo X200s is expected to be a value-oriented performance flagship positioned at the lower end of the X200 series. According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the X200s will feature a 6.67-inch LTPS OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, potentially the same as the standard X200.
One of the key highlights from the leak is the use of a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset in the X200s. While it falls short of the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the Dimensity 9400 with its 3.63GHz prime core is considered MediaTek’s most advanced chip to date and ranks as the second-best option currently available.
Additionally, the X200s is rumored to offer impressive specifications, including at least 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. If the claim about 90W fast charging holds true, the X200s could rival the standard X200 in terms of appeal, offering comparable features as per the leak.
The Vivo X200 itself boasts a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, a micro-curved 1.5K resolution OLED display with 4500 nits peak brightness, and a robust IP69 rating. It supports 90W fast charging for a 5800mAh battery and features a complete camera setup, including primary, ultrawide, and telephoto lenses. Despite being a premium flagship, its price is expected to stay below $800 (~PKR 222,000).
