Realme has announced that the upcoming Realme C75 will be Pakistan’s first smartphone with an IP69 rating, redefining durability in its segment. Launching on December 3rd, this phone is set to be the most premium and rugged device in its category. Realme promises a level of durability rarely seen in the market.

Most entry-level to mid-range phones typically feature an IP54 or IP65 rating at best. Devices with an IP54 rating offer minimal protection against dust and minor water splashes. Phones with an IP65 rating improve on this, resisting water jets from all directions and providing better protection against dust and the elements.
The Realme C75, however, sets a new standard with its IP69 rating, which is rare even among flagship devices. Not even top-tier models like the iPhone 16 Pro or Galaxy S24 can match this level of protection. IP69-rated devices can withstand high-pressure water jets, water submersion, extreme temperatures, and harsh environmental conditions.
Realme has subjected the C75 to rigorous real-world tests, including underwater unboxing, beverage spills, and drops into fishing tanks. These trials demonstrate that the phone’s durability exceeds even the IP69 standard.
In addition, the Realme C75 has achieved MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification, confirming its ability to endure over 30 challenging environmental conditions such as extreme weather, dust, moisture, and shock. While detailed specifications weren’t provided in Realme’s press release, the company has actively promoted this feature on social media.
For buyers prioritizing toughness, the Realme C75 is shaping up to be the top choice in Pakistan. Positioned in the budget segment, it is expected to be both durable and affordable. The phone will officially launch on December 23rd, with pricing details to be announced the same day.
