Poco’s midrange X series has already introduced two new devices this year, but the spotlight is now shifting back to the flagship F series. According to online reports, Poco is gearing up for the global launch of the Xiaomi Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra, with both devices recently receiving certification in key markets.

The Indonesian Telecom Authority has approved these F7 models, signaling an imminent launch. This approval isn’t limited to one region—it indicates a global release. The certification includes model numbers, with the Poco F7 Pro labeled as 24117RK2CG and the F7 Ultra as 24122RKC7G.
The “G” suffix in these model numbers confirms their global deployment. The F7 Ultra, previously only a rumored device, is now confirmed thanks to these certifications. This will mark Poco’s debut in launching an Ultra variant, creating excitement among fans.
Poco and Redmi devices often share similarities, and this time, Xiaomi appears to be rebranding the Redmi K80 as the F7 Pro and the Redmi K80 Pro as the F7 Ultra. While this is still a rumor, if true, the upcoming Xiaomi flagship may feature a 6.67-inch 2K 120Hz OLED display with an incredible 3200 nits brightness.
The Redmi K80 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and the F7 Pro might include the same chipset. Meanwhile, the Poco F7 Ultra is rumored to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, currently the most powerful Android SoC available. More details about these devices are expected soon, so stay tuned for updates!
