Following the launch of the Vivo V50 in Pakistan last month, a new budget-friendly variant has now joined the series—the Vivo V50 Lite. This new model brings a fresh design and comes in both 4G and 5G options. While it features slightly downgraded specs, the Lite version includes a larger battery and carries over the same AI capabilities found in the standard V50.

Pre-Orders Now Open for Vivo V50 Lite
Pre-orders have officially begun. The Vivo V50 Lite 4G (8GB RAM and 256GB storage) can be pre-booked until April 23rd. Meanwhile, the Vivo V50 Lite 5G (12GB RAM and 256GB storage) is available for early booking until April 15th. After these dates, both versions will hit the shelves for retail purchase.
Two Variants with Different Processors and RAM
The two variants differ not only in network support but also in internal specs. The more affordable 4G model comes with a Snapdragon 685 chipset and 8GB RAM. On the other hand, the 5G variant is powered by the Dimensity 6300 chip and includes 12GB RAM, making it a bit pricier but offering faster connectivity.
Display and Design Highlights
The phone features a 6.77-inch flat AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1800 nits peak brightness. It also has SGS Low Blue Light Certification for eye comfort. The screen-to-body ratio is an impressive 94.2%, with thin bezels and a punch-hole design housing a 32MP front camera.
Capable Performance and AI Features
Depending on the model you choose, the V50 Lite includes either a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor. While these aren’t flagship chips, they’re good enough for daily tasks, multitasking, and casual gaming—especially when paired with 8GB or 12GB RAM.
New Urban Look and Durable Build
Vivo has introduced a new “Urban” design that gives the phone a unique, premium look. It sports a 50MP dual rear camera setup with Vivo’s signature ring LED flash. The device is built to last, featuring SGS 5-Star Drop Resistance, Military-Grade certification, and an IP65 water and dust resistance rating.
Massive Battery with Fast Charging
One standout feature is the massive 6500mAh BlueVolt battery packed into a slim 7.8mm body. The BlueVolt is Vivo’s new silicon-carbon battery tech, which supports fast 90W charging and maintains up to 80% battery health over five years. The phone can fully charge in just 52 minutes.
Price and Availability in Pakistan
Both models come with all the same AI features found in the regular V50, including AI Erase 2, AI Photo Enhance, and AI Studio. As for the prices in Pakistan:
- Vivo V50 Lite 4G (8GB/256GB) – Rs 73,999
- Vivo V50 Lite 5G (12GB/256GB) – Rs 89,999
With competitive pricing and balanced features, the V50 Lite stands as a strong follow-up to last year’s Vivo V40 Lite.
