Poco X7 Pro Begins Pre-orders in Pakistan; Poco X7 Debuts Globally

While the Poco X7 launched internationally alongside the Pro version, there’s no update on its availability in Pakistan. However, we have all the global details for both devices, with the Poco X7 Pro ready to enter the local market.

Poco X7 Pro Highlights

As rumored, the Poco X7 Pro is essentially a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 from China, sharing the same specs. It features a Dimensity 8400 chip paired with up to 12 GB RAM. The Pakistani pre-order listing offers a single 512 GB storage variant.

The X7 Pro boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and an impressive 3200 nits peak brightness. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+ content, and has a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, ensuring durability.

The device is IP68-rated, making it dustproof and waterproof up to 1.5 meters deep. Powering the X7 Pro is a massive 6500mAh battery, with support for 90W fast charging for quick refills.

On the camera front, it features a Sony IMX882 50 MP main camera with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 20 MP front-facing camera for selfies. Additional features include an IR blaster, an under-display fingerprint reader, and AI enhancements powered by HyperOS 2.0.

The Poco X7 Pro (12/512 GB) is priced at Rs. 139,999 in Pakistan.

Poco X7 Overview

The Poco X7 shares its design with the Redmi Note 14 Pro, though with a smaller 5110mAh battery. Unlike its Pro sibling, the X7 runs Android 14 HyperOS 1.0 instead of HyperOS 2.0.

It is powered by the Dimensity 7300 Ultra 4nm SoC, a mid-range chipset clocked at 2.5GHz. The X7 has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It offers a 3000 nits peak brightness, with support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+, and comes with curved edges for a premium feel.

The device is IP68-rated for durability, and its screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, ensuring resistance to drops and scratches. It supports 45W fast charging and uses a smart charge engine to maintain battery health.

In terms of cameras, the X7 offers a 50 MP main camera with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 20 MP selfie camera.

The Poco X7 starts at $229 (~PKR 63,000) for the 8/128 GB variant, though it hasn’t launched in Pakistan yet. Meanwhile, the Poco X7 Pro has already begun pre-orders at Rs. 139,999.

Both devices offer exceptional value, with cutting-edge features for their price brackets, making them highly anticipated in the market.
