OnePlus unveiled its flagship OnePlus 13 and 13 Pro in November 2024 and recently added the OnePlus 13T to the lineup. While the “T” variant is exclusive to China, it seems the company plans to rename it the “OnePlus 13s” for global markets.

Although an official launch date hasn’t been set, OnePlus has teased the OnePlus 13s for a major release in Asia. The device will stand out for its compact size and high-end specifications, much like the OnePlus 13T in China. Here’s what you can expect from the eagerly awaited OnePlus 13s.
The phone features a compact 6.32-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz LTPO variable refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1600 nits. It supports three HDR modes: Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HDR Vivid. The display boasts a sharp 1.5K resolution, making it ideal for media consumption.
Out of the box, the OnePlus 13s will run Android 15 with Oxygen OS 15, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It will come with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring fast data transfers. The Adreno 830 iGPU will also enhance gaming performance.
On the back, the phone features a dual 50 MP camera setup, including a standard lens and a 2x telephoto sensor. It also includes a color spectrum sensor, Dolby HDR recording, and a 16 MP selfie camera housed within the display. For security, the phone has an optical fingerprint sensor on the front.
The OnePlus 13s is rated with an IP65 water and dust resistance, meaning it can withstand light splashes but isn’t fully waterproof. The device lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack and an SD card slot but includes an infrared sensor, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and other modern connectivity options.
The phone is expected to feature a dual-speaker system. It will be powered by a 6260mAh Si/C Li-Ion battery, with 80W wired charging. However, it does not support wireless charging.
All of the specifications found in the OnePlus 13T will be carried over to the OnePlus 13s. The company has already teased the 13s, and its global launch could be imminent. Stay tuned for updates on the official release.
