Itel has officially launched the S25 and S25 Ultra, both of which closely resemble the design of the upcoming Galaxy S25 series. Known for creating affordable alternatives with familiar designs, Itel has introduced these models with a similar camera layout to the originals.

The Itel S25 Ultra boasts a curved AMOLED display, featuring a 6.78-inch screen with FHD+ (1080p) resolution, 1400 nits brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has slight curves on the front and back, adding a touch of elegance to this budget-friendly device.
While the chipset could be more advanced, the S25 Ultra runs on a Unisoc T620 processor, sufficient for everyday tasks. It’s advertised as a slim 6.9mm, 163g device with an IP64 rating, Gorilla Glass 7i, and wet touch support.
In terms of cameras, the S25 Ultra includes a 50MP main rear camera and a 32MP front camera. Additional rear lenses are present but mostly serve auxiliary functions. The phone also features an in-display fingerprint reader and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The S25 Ultra is priced at around $210 (approximately PKR 58,000).
The Itel S25 has a slightly lower IP54 rating but retains the same 6.78-inch AMOLED screen, 1080p resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 1400 nits brightness. Unlike the Ultra model, the S25 has a flat display.
Although unconfirmed, the S25 likely runs on a Unisoc T612 processor and comes with Android 14, with an upgrade to Android 15 promised. The JBL-tuned speakers are also a highlight.
The S25 includes a 5000mAh battery, 128GB base storage (half that of the Ultra), and 8GB of RAM. It also has a 32MP front camera and a 50MP rear camera setup. The S25 is available at a starting price of about $110 (approximately PKR 28,000).
