With the recent launch of the Infinix Note 50 series, the company is now shifting focus to its gaming lineup. According to recent leaks, Infinix GT 30 Pro is set to be the next addition, bringing significant upgrades over its predecessor.

Leaked Specifications of Infinix GT 30 Pro
Multiple sources have revealed the GT 30 Pro’s key specifications, hinting at a powerful gaming device. The phone is expected to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution (1224 x 2720 pixels) and a 144Hz refresh rate for a smooth gaming experience.
Under the hood, the GT 30 Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 8350-Ultimate chipset, designed for high-performance gaming. This processor will enable UFS 4.0 storage speeds and LPDDR5X RAM for faster performance. According to leaks, the device may offer 8GB RAM with 256GB storage or 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, giving users flexible options.
Gaming-Centric Features and Performance
The GT 30 Pro will likely run XOS 15 based on Android 15, similar to the Note 50 series. However, the interface will be optimized for gaming, possibly including shoulder L1 and R1 triggers to enhance gameplay. These triggers may also serve as customizable shortcuts for other applications, adding to the phone’s versatility.
Battery life is another major upgrade. The GT 30 Pro is rumored to feature a 5500mAh battery with 67W fast charging, a significant improvement over the 45W charging found in its predecessor, the GT 20 Pro.
Camera Setup and Expected Launch
While cameras aren’t the primary focus of gaming phones, the GT 30 Pro may sport a 108 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 13 MP front camera for selfies.
The GT 20 Pro debuted in April last year, so we can expect the GT 30 Pro to launch around the same time in 2024. Given Infinix’s pricing strategy, this gaming phone will likely be a budget-friendly option for gamers looking for high performance at an affordable price.
