Infinix Note 50 & 50 Pro Debut with 144Hz AMOLED, 50MP Cameras & Infinix AI

Infinix has officially launched two highly anticipated smartphones from its Note series—the Note 50 Pro and Note 50. These LTE-powered models have arrived in Indonesia and are expected to reach other markets soon. Featuring larger batteries and significant upgrades over their predecessors, they bring exciting improvements.

Infinix Note 50 & 50 Pro Debut with 144Hz AMOLED, 50MP Cameras & Infinix AI

Both the Infinix Note 50 Pro and Note 50 share key features, including the display, chipset, and primary camera. The main differences lie in the selfie camera and charging speed. Both phones sport a flat 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a Full HD+ resolution of 1080p.

With slim and uniform bezels, the devices offer a premium look. They also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor and reach a peak brightness of 1300 nits. Currently, only the 4G versions are available, powered by the Helio G100 chipset.

Battery life is a strong suit for both devices, as they pack 5200mAh batteries. However, the Note 50 Pro leads with 90W fast wired charging, while the standard Note 50 supports 45W charging. Despite the difference, both models include MagCharge and wireless charging options.

The design is familiar, but the Note 50 series introduces a new camera layout. The octagonal camera module houses three sensors, an LED flash, and a Halo ring accent. Both phones feature a 50MP main camera with OIS, but the Pro version includes an additional 8MP ultrawide sensor, while the standard model settles for a 2MP macro lens.

The front camera setup also differs. The Note 50 Pro boasts a sharper 32MP selfie camera, whereas the standard Note 50 comes with a 13MP sensor. The higher resolution on the Pro variant ensures better selfies and videos.

Both models come with a TUV-certified IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. They run on Android 15 with Infinix’s XOS 15 and AI suite, and they also include NFC support. In terms of pricing, the Note 50 is available for $165 (~PKR 46,000), while the Note 50 Pro costs $182 (~PKR 51,000). These prices apply to the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variants in Indonesia, though they may vary in other regions. Stay tuned for updates on availability in different markets.
